Looking to add some toys to your collection? Read my honest OhMyG review and see if this G Spot Massager is right for you.

Technology in the female self-love space has been continuing to kill it.

While there was once just a few basic categories of toys that women could purchase for self-pleasure, it seems that lately brands are coming up with all sorts of new-fangled fun that focus on what women actually want (not what looks good in a porno).

Case in point: The OhMyG by Ioba Toys.

I’ve never seen anything like this silent G-spot massager before. Not only did it come in a super-sleek, Apple-worthy case, but the movements of the little “pearl” on the tip of the toy is something I haven’t seen before (especially with the no-noise feature).

Ioba Toys is founded by a husband and wife duo that set out to make a collection of toys that weren’t so noisy. They currently only offer one product, The OhMyG.

The toy, which comes in white or millennial pink, is designed to massage your G-spot. While typically I prefer clitoral toys (and orgasms), I was definitely intrigued by this toy and had to give it a shot. Keep reading for my honest review!

My Review:

Full discloser: Like I said before, I generally have clitoral orgasms and I haven’t done a ton of exploration with my G-Spot. So, when I first sat down with the OhMyG, I actually tested the pearl vibration settings on my clit, which worked really well.

Because it’s made for your G-spot, it’s not a standard buzzy vibration, but not quite a suction-motion either. And, the only part of the OhMyG that moves is the pearl, which is really nice. The movement is made to be a “come hither” motion (the motion someone’s fingers would make to stimulate your G-spot), and on my clit it sort of felt like a light tapping or teasing motion.

When I tested the toy out for its intended area, I liked it, but I didn’t love it. Like I said, I’m not really a G-spot queen and the toy felt a little big/pointy for me (I kind of feel this way about most toys though, they’re just never realistic enough for me).

That being said, I’m definitely going to continue playing around with this toy because the packaging, lack of sound, and unique design really got me. Other reviewers also mention that this toy (along with many others) have a learning curve, and I think this is doubly true if you don’t do a lot of G-spot play already.

Below are some other quick-hitting review items.

The Good:

  • The OhMyG comes in a super sleek case that makes you feel like you just ordered a new iPhone for your nether regions
  • The toy comes with cleaning instructions, which is really important and not something I’ve seen with the majority of toys I’ve tried
  • The toy is super silent, like “you can totally use this while staying at your parents’ house for the holidays”-level silent
  • Even if you’re not all about your G-spot, the toy is also a fun feeling on your clit (or potentially on other body parts?)

The Bad:

  • If you aren’t already super familiar with finding your G-spot, there is a bit of a learning curve to this toy
  • It’s not water-proof

The Good To Know:

  • Every body is different! So, while this toy didn’t take me straight to O-Town, it might feel completely different on your body!
