Did you see Dippin’ Daisy’s Swimwear on Instagram and want to read an honest Dippin’ Daisy’s Swimwear review before clicking that “purchase” button? I’ve got you covered!

It feels like more and more, we have to go online to buy swimsuits. Or, maybe that’s just me, because I hate the mall and I would much rather try on a bikini in the comfort of my own home (and take a zillion selfies just to be sure).

I recently had the chance to try some new suits from Dippin’ Daisy’s 2020 collection. I hadn’t tried anything from the brand before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect — but I ended up being really happy with how everything fit (although I was a little unsure before trying everything on).

Here’s my honest Dippin’ Daisy’s Swimwear review – broken down into the pros, cons, and other good to know information. Plus, some pics of me in my suits so you can see them on a real person, unedited.

What I Bought:

Daydream Top in Superfruit, XS (they don’t have it available in super fruit yet, so here’s a link to it in other colors)

Nocturnal Bottom in Superfruit, XS (they don’t have it available in super fruit yet, so here’s a link to it in white)

Zen Top – Rosedawn XS

Nocturnal Bottom – Rosedawn XS (If you have a lighter skin tone and want it in a nude — you can buy it in “cameo” on Amazon)

Foxy One Piece, Lime S (they don’t have it available in lime yet – so I’ve linked to it in Apricot). I don’t have photos in this suit because it was actually too big on me, I ordered it in an XS, but they only had it in S so that’s what they sent me.

The Good:

  • They sell a lot of their suits on Amazon, which makes shipping + returns super easy if you have Prime (and even if you don’t have Prime)
  • The suits are really high quality fabric — which means they’re super soft and comfortable, even after getting wet or sandy
  • Especially for the quality, their suits are pretty dang affordable — you can snag a bikini or one piece for a little over $60, which is less $ than most places I shop for bikinis
  • They offer a bunch of cuts in the same fabrics, so you can mix and match if you love a print, or you can stick to one bottom cut in a zillion colors if it’s super flattering on you
  • The suits seem true to size. The XS was definitely tight enough for me and didn’t get loose in the water/from wear.

    The Bad:

    • They don’t offer the full size range in all their pieces (see my previous note about not being able to get the one piece I wanted in an XS).

    The Good To Knows:

    • The suits are made in sunny California and the brand is female-founded.
